LIFESCAPES Our holiday schedule is as follows: We have yoga on Monday 12/21/09 (first day of winter . . . could of fooled me:) 6-7pm and Tuesday 12/22/09 6-7pm. We will close the shop and there will be no classes Wednesday 12/23/09 thru Sunday 1/3/2010! We will begin anew Monday 1/4/10!!! Enjoy the holidays!!!

make a big difference in how i feel and the changes that are happening
to my body...the two hour sessions consist of nutrition instruction
reminders of things that we should be doing to keep healthy. the
awesome yoga class which can be intense but if i ca...n do it ...it is
possible for anyone to keep up and at the end of the yoga class we
always end with a calming meditation. Michelle and Cecilia work and
modify poses to help everyone achieve the goal ...there is no
competition ...this is what i do love. you receive the attention to
make sure that posses are done correctly. we are in the second week of
bridge series two and I continually look forward to "my" time at
Lifescapes. With every breath I move a little closer to the goal....
