Sitting front row in the Yellow Knight's section, my 5-yr-old daughter fell in love with our handsome knight. When he threw his carnations in to the crowd her face fell in devistation as they went to other adoring ladies. On the second pass, her lip quivered and tears threatened...and my heart broke for her. But jus...t before the joust, the princess gave the knights a ribbon to give to their favored lady of the realm. All was not lost and the handsome, chivalrous knight turned straight to my darling daughter and presented the ribbon on the end of his lance.
