Camille Megabus gives me a chance to see my family more often. I've used it for two years and I love it. I can't even count the number of times I used it. Plus, they have WiFi on the buses. It can't get better than that.
Michael Buhse Just rode the Megas from Chicago to St. Louis for $1.50!! There were only about 15 people on the double decker bus. The trip was amazing, and everyone that took flights out of Chicago today were delayed. Megabus wins this round. I would for sure take again.

I was a little skeptical because the price was so cheap, but ended up having a great experience and actually refered megabus to a woman I met who was in the same station as me waiting for the amtrak. Her one way ticket was twice the cost of my round trip...

James Colistra I have ridden Megabus 3 times, 2 of the experiences were horrible. The first time I took it from Ridgewood NJ to Albany NY, and it was an hour and a half late picking me up in Ridgewood. The second time I took it from Albany to NYC and everything went fine. Last night however, I booked a trip from Albany to Ridgewoo...d, and the driver never stopped in Ridgewood, he just kept right on going to NYC. It was absolutely ridiculous. I tried calling the customer service number that they gave me to file a complaint and I was actually just on hold for 39 minutes!! I understand the prices for tickets are very cheap, but at least give the option of leaving a message or something. You can do that to customers and expect to run a profitable business. Also, the WI FI does not work.
