Melanie wanted to be an opera singer but went to the wrong building and met a man who heard her sing and said its not opera you should be singing and the rest is history. She also I might add married that fellow,Peter and is still married to this very day with some musician kids to boot. I only saw Melanie once in Tampa, Florida (@April 1972) and ... See Moreshe was my favorite and I gave her flowers and a note and kissed her hand when she leaned down to thank me. About a three hour show if I recall and she played and played and played some more....
