In response to some frequently asked questions from a story on Today Tonight - here is how you can turn voicemail on or off.
How do I switch off voicemail?
To switch off voicemail, dial 1210, which switches off all diverts to the voicemail system. To switch it back on again, dial 1213.

Anthony ok so i have gone through the website, and its not a true pre paid, it seems more like a weekly plan, more so than a monthly plan as you can be charged more than 10 dollars a week if you go over?

It's Me again..
I tried signing up tonight and i got as far as making an account :(
When I got to the "add service" page I selected "Kiss 15" from the drop down menu, I filled in my current mobile number and customer number yet the "complete order" button was transparent. (i couldn't press it!).
The complete order button... is working normally if in the drop down menu "KISSberry or "megaByte" are selected. Why can't I sign up a number to KISS 15?
