All orders are shipped with either Toll Priority or Star Couriers depending on location.

Organiser World relies on its suppliers for stock availability and hence products that are not in stock at the time of your order may be subject to additional freight costs if you wish us to send out the remainder of your order.

Delivery times are indicative only and Organiser World does not accept any liability for failure to meet scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Organiser World will afford a reasonable opportunity to its customers to examine goods for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not they conform with the purchase order. A period of 5 days from the date of delivery to alert Organiser World to non-conformity is given in the following situations:

1. Shipment of wrong/damaged products
2. Short shipment of products from a consignment
3. Missing cartons from multiple carton consignments
4. In the above situations please contact the Returns Department.

When placing an order with Organiser World we require a physical street address as delivery is via a courier. Please note that a signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods. If there is no-one present, then the goods will be redirected back to Organiser World and will be sent back to you at your cost upon notification.

Goods can not be delivered to a PO BOX. A physical address must be supplied that is able to be verified by the Web Sales Department.
