Melody Erickson On September 25th, 2009 I managed (and participated in) my second Art Party event through my Artists In Nashville organization. Here are some of the photos. Melody Erickson I left a bunch of my leather bags with Bil Beyer at Alegria. They're located at 307 North 16th Street, East Nashville, TN 37206. Stop by and pay them a visit sometime (Bil...and my leather bags...)
Melody Erickson I started a couple of paintings yesterday. I'm very excited about one of them...I stumbled onto a very cool technique! More to come!

On Saturday, October 10th I’ll be participating at Festival By The Lake in Hendersonville. I’m going to use this venue to show my jewelry, leather bags and home decor items. I may also have some paintings and photography, depending on how much I get done!

Presented by the Hende...rsonville Rotary Club, Reaching out to our community and the world
WHEN: Saturday, October 10, 2009; 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
WHERE: Memorial Park, Hendersonville, TN
Admission is $5 for anyone over the age of 3 and $20 for a family, for a full day of entertainment and fun.
Scheduled events include:
10:00 am – Bike Parade by local elementary school children – festival grounds open
10:30 – 10:45 – Presentation of colors, National Anthem
11:00 – Noon – Steel Drum Band at the Beach Zone
12 – 1:30 pm – the Wacky Raft Race
1:30 – 2:00 – Music from the stage, announcements (no performance)
3:00 – 4:30 – Far From Folsom performs
4:30 – 5:30 Alan Bloom performs
6:00 – 8:00 – the Blues “Other” Brothers performs
