Mental Health Advocacy Services Read the letter to Attorney General Eric Holder signed by Mental Health Advocacy Services Executive Director Jim Preis, Staff Attorney Greg Pleasants, and 75 other mental health experts, civil rights lawyers and immigration advocates from around the country, demanding improved protections for immigrants with mental disabilities in detention facilities around the U.S.
