Mercedes Lackey The three novellas are in the hands of the editor, so I hope she likes them. One Diana Tregarde, One Jenny Talldeer and one Ellen McBride (You haven't met Ellen yet, I know). I'm also working on a Five Hundred Kingdoms Novella for Luna that will be published as part of a collection. About 1/3 done with that. And of cou...rse, outlining the second collegium book - Enigmas. Busy new year!

Mercedes Lackey <Not Misty - assistant posting> I just found out about fan badges. If you want to spread the word to the facebook page (and the unofficial one seems to be more popular *grr*) then try this for your website. Fan badges: http://www.facebook.com/facebook-widgets/fanbadges.php Aside from that, help making this the more pop...ular FB page would be appreciated. Tell yer friends. Oh, and Happy Holidays from me too ;)

Mercedes Lackey Hope you all had a good Christmas. Here's a tidbit for sticking with me through the cold: Working title for the new collegium book is "Enigmas". Make of that what you will. Titles are of course, sometimes subject to change, but that's what it is right now!

Mercedes Lackey Just received the Author's copies of "Changing the World", which I assume means it's on the shelves in stores. :chuckles: You know, we're often the last to find out. Still, those of you last minute shopping - it's out there! (c) Shameless plugs incorportated.

Mercedes Lackey Thought I'd pop in to say a big HAPPY HOLIDAYS! to all of you. A thousand people! Wow! Since it seems you love to hear about it, I'm beating the last of the three novellas into shape and there are words on paper...well, screen, starting to outline the second Collegium book. More on those later on. Enjoy the break, and don't get too cold.

Mercedes Lackey Just in case you haven't noticed (Hi Florida), it's COLD! Ran down to under 12 degrees last night! Ow! Ah well, Larry warmed me up by offering to take me out for an anniversary dinner. Off to do that!

Oh yay! Thank you! I can resume following you again. :) And no need to apologize, twitter managed to delete my entire list of those I was following once. Without being compromised to boot. I convulsed for a few days afterwards.

Mercedes Lackey Here's a quick Tidbit: Many of you may know of my secret MMO vice: City of Heroes. Well, I was asked to participate in their guest author program. When it all goes into place, keep your eyes peeled for a new holo-contact: Diana Tregarde!

Mercedes Lackey It's been ages! Still, it's update time. Here's the headlines: My Guinevere book is out and has a starred review from Publisher's Weekly. Go enjoy that! Right now, I am working on the third of three novellas for a 3-novella book for Tor. I think I mentioned that before. The next project afterwards will be the next Collegium Chronicles book.

Considering I re/read a book a night that would take an exceptional writing ability LOL. I love all your books. I read so much my husband has limited me to only 4 authors so I don't fill the house:) Are you doing a tour anytime soon. Would love to get an autograph for my collection;)

Mercedes Lackey My friend and co-writer Dave Freer is moving from South Africa to Australia. The problem is that the exchange rates have slipped so much that the money he budgeted for having his dogs and cats in quarantine is no longer enough. So he's posting a novel and putting out a storyteller's bowl.

Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of the people who've visited so far we've decided tp put chapters up twice a week as long as we have more than 4 weeks paid for. Today, September 3rd, we've put up ...

Weird. Going to it directly fails. Even going through twitter's search, which brings up the fact that the account exists and gives me a link to click, hits a "this page does not exist" thing. :/
