Ur just kissin a$$ cause I bought your +1 and your buying a new one :P LSR is definately the way to go. I've had my +2 axle since 2005 and it's gone through the last 5 years of riding/racing. AND I bought it a year old to boot!!

Dave Hoare I just bought a 09 yfz 450 R. I am 6'5" and need to get the bars up higher. What should I look at going with your +2 or +3 stem? I will also be getting 14* Quad Racer Flexx Bars. I will be MX racing. Any help would be appriciated.

Unfortunately there is no rule of thumb to stem height. It is all what is comfortable for you. Some like a low bars some like them high. If you feel huntched over then definitely raise the stem but how much really depends on you. I suggest getting the bars first and hold them where it feels good and have someone measure the height.

Im 6,0 and a plus 2 stem with cr high bars is plenty high for me so a plus 2 with faast flex bars should be high enough
