Doula Heidi - Choices In Childbirth I love it when moms get the labor and birth they hope for - or even better than they hope for. Christy had a lovely 2nd birth lasting only 5 hours from first contraction to the arrival of baby girl Violet! Beautiful!

Holly McDermot Heidi helped me have a wonderful birth experience! I was able to have my baby totally naturally without interventions. I would never want to give birth without a doula now!

Thanks to Heidi, I was able to have a positive and wonderful birth experience. We wanted to have a 'natural' birth experience and this was only achieved by having Heidi's support throughout my labor. When the doctors wanted to start 'intervening', Heidi was able to help us negotiate a way to proceed without interventio...n.
