Metamora, Indiana Metamora is having its traditional "Tree Lighting" Ceremony this Saturday the 21st at the Gazabo. Starts at 6:30. There will be music, sing-a-longs, Santa and of course free cookies and hot chocolate. Come and join us as we bring in the holiday season and light the tree. Great fun for the family.

Metamora, Indiana The Chili Cookoff is this Saturday at the Firehouse. The weather is going to be great for eating chili so come down and try it out. Also come see the U.S. Marshalls and local Sheriffs closing in on the James/Younger Gang and it looks like they'll catch up to them in Metamora! A shootout is most likely to ensue. Also,... trick and fancy shooting demostrations. 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Music too!
