TO MARK THE 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF VIPP WASTE CANS
AUCTION TO BENEFIT DIFFA: DESIGN INDUSTRIES FOUNDATION FIGHTING AIDS
WHAT: Thirty-five leading figures in the worlds of architecture, art, design, fashion and entertainment have put their sig...nature touch on the iconic VIPP bins to the celebrate CAN IT!!!, the 70th anniversary of the premier mini-waste can company. The bins will be on display at DWR: Tools for Living and will be auctioned at a gala event on Wednesday, October 28th at the Design Within Reach flagship store, with all proceeds going to benefit DIFFA.
WHO: Calvin Klein, David Rockwell, David Stark, Evette Rios, Helena Christensen, Nigel Barker, Oscar de la Renta, Ralph Lauren, Robert Verdi, Veronica Webb and Yoko Ono.

The 35 customized VIPP bins will be on display for public viewing and bidding at DWR: Tools for Living located at 142 Wooster Street, during regular store hours from 11am-7pm.
CAN IT!!! SAVE THE DATE: GALA EVENT – WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28TH
The customized VIPP bins will be auctioned off at a gala event on Wednesday, October 28, hosted by Veronica Webb, VIPP, Design Within Reach and DIFFA at the Design Within Reach flagship store at 110 Greene Street in SoHo.
