Michael E. Bakich I'm giving all my Fb friends 2 weeks notice: One of the predicted peaks of the Leonid meteor shower will occur in the early morning hours of Tuesday, November 17. There is potential for burst activity in the hundreds-per-hour range. And as a plus, the Moon reaches its new phase only 11 hours before the peak.
