Dear friend,
Happy New Year! I will have a new book out this year. Right now I’m putting the finishing touches to Sortilège Haïtien.
It’s been a difficult book to write because I wanted each character to be involved in great events but at the same time to have his or her own personal drama and... destiny. I think I have succeeded, but I won’t know for sure until you have read it.
Publication day is June 3, at Livres en Folie.
I’m planning a trip to promote the book, starting in Haiti and going on to the United States (Florida and New York) and Canada. I’ll post further details of my tour when it firms up. Perhaps I will get to meet you. Until then, happy reading!
