The Cage Baseball - Indoor Baseball/Softball/Soccer Training Facility Jesse and I attended the MLS Strength Conference at St Johns this past weekend. The one thing reiterated by Major League strength guys is that NOW is the time (October, November & December) that athletes should be working on their strength, conditioning & speed to prepare themselves for the upcoming season. WHY ARE YOU... NOT IN AN OFF SEASON CONDITIONING PROGRAM?
