The 10th Annual MIDORI Holiday Heaven Sale is just one week away!
Visit us Saturday November 21st and Sunday November 22nd. We will be open from 10am to 4pm at 708 6th Avenue N., 98109 in Lower Queen Anne, across from the Ruins.
This year, early birds on both days will be treated to complimentary Trophy cupcakes and coffee!

Midori Ribbon Saturday's Redmond PS Stores event was a real pleasure. It was so nice to meet everyone and talk about ribbon and DIY crafts and gift giving!

NASA scientists
reported this week that their IBEX (Interstellar Boundary Exploratory)
spacecraft had revealed something very interesting about our
Solar System: it is tied up with a ribbon! We are not making
this up. The IBEX spacecraft was launched last year to exploreand
map the outer regions of the Solar System.
Quoting... one oft he lead IBEX scientists, an article in Science Today reported that:
"Nature
is full of surprises, and IBEX has been lucky to discover one of those
surprises," said Priscilla Frisch, a senior scientist in astronomy
& astrophysics at the University of Chicago. "The skymaps are
dominated by a giant ribbon of energetic neutral atoms extending
throughout the sky in an arc that is 300 degrees long." Energetic
neutral atoms form when hot solar wind ions (charged particles) steal
electrons from cool interstellar neutral atoms.
Midori is not sure when we might offer ribbon made of energetic neutral atoms, but stay tuned!
