Please join Mike Gibbons at the Swedish American Hall on Friday the 13th of March for an intimate acoustic performance at a historic (and notoriously haunted) San Francisco music venue. Mike will be joined by lead guitarist Andy Weller and violinist Marguerite Ostro. The Swedish American Hall is located on Market Stree...t and shares the same building as Cafe DuNord.

Mike Gibbons
Aidan Hawken, Mike Gibbons, members of Pine & Battery, and the San Francisco Songwriter’s Coalition will perform a benefit concert for Marin’s Sweetwater Saloon at the Red Devil Lounge on Friday, February 13th.
The Sweetwater Saloon in downtown Mill Valley was a nationally known Americana music club that presented rock,... blues, and folk for 37 years before losing its original lease in 2007. The Sweetwater Station soon followed in Larkspur while owners Becky and Thom Steere attempted to reopen the Sweetwater Saloon in Mill Valley. As of December 2008, however, the Steeres lost their lease in Larkspur. Construction on the Sweetwater Saloon has also stopped because of excess construction costs. For the first time in decades, Marin is left without a Sweetwater music club.
Local musicians Mike Gibbons, Jeff Campbell (Pine and Battery), and Yonas Media have organized a concert to raise money and awareness for Sweetwater. The Red Devil Lounge generously donated the club for the concert, and all profits will go to reopen Sweetwater in Marin.
