Mike's Beer Cheese We played "guess the amount" with the jug for UCP on Saturday night. I guessed $876.67. The final count was $880.60. Weird. Cheers to everyone for helping us raise even more for charity on Saturday!

Mike's Beer Cheese Crazy day! We blew through all 200lbs. Anyone get some photos? I'm bummed that we barely got a chance to pull out the camera. We're counting up how much we raised for UCP, I'll post it up soon. Thanks for all the encouragement and dropping by the booth!

Mike's Beer Cheese Nancy and I made 150 lbs of beer cheese yesterday, including a Stone 13th Anniversary with Fresh Hops. Nanacy has dubbed it "Hoppy 13th Anniversary." There's still another 50lbs of the Stone Pale Ale with Sundried Tomatoes & Basil to make.
