The Mortgage Market of Delaware FHA delinquency rates have hit 19%. Lenders will be looking at brokers much more closely to perhaps buy back some of these FHA loans that have gone bad. This will put numerous brokers out of business since many brokers have been doing 75% of their business through FHA. The FHA can not sustain a delinquency rate of 19%.... In summary- FHA underwriting is going to become very strict!! Another reason we don't offer FHA.
