Ummm… Sorry. I replied the way I wish people would reply when I post one of my conundrums. Funny thing is, when I read your initial post I never thought “condo.” My mind went back to when I was living with a crip who had an elevator, in a residential area where *no one* had elevators…

You didn’t say what floor your unit was on, but I am sure that you are right about the appeal of being able to load all your groceries in an elevator and let Mr. Otis do the heavy lifting! ;-)

It was a townhouse...lol. Never saw anything like this, the elevator that is. I had to use some garden style units as comps. It was 2,400sf and had to find comps from all over. Cool place if you like boating on the river. It's a fast moving river though.

I agree with that, wholeheartedly. I love the physical flexibility of being able to work ANYWHERE... On one of my reports last summer, I did most of the data entry in a park overlooking Puget Sound. The ultimate office!
