Management and Chinese studies. I have been assigned a Colloquium theme
which is:
"What are your views on reducing the borrowing and lending rates in
times of a financial crisis / slow economic recovery? Do you consider
such measure a necessity? If you... are for such a measure, kindly
indicate the arguments for your decision. If you are against such a
