NEW CLASSES!!!

Emily is now teaching classes Mondays and Wednesdays at Wolverton in Frantic UK (formerly ladies fitness first) at the back of the Agora centre.

Theses classes run for an hour and a half.

Monday evenings 7.30 - 9 pm
Wednesday evenings 8.30 - 10 pm

hey girls GREAT classes tonight had a blast....well done too to Hollie and Debs on acheiving thier white shoe level!!! official essex gals now lol!! x x Will miss my Hollie ( pole daughter) and will have to visit you lots, sad to see you go huni :-(

As for my new ladies you worked so bloomin hard tonight and am very proud of you all, well done.

Oh oh and OMG yet again Pippa you stole the show with The Chaser tonight it was awesome and then some!!! x x x
