My intention was to post this yesterday, but wouldn't you know it, yesterday was the day that all things technological decided to war against me. Today, however, it appears that they have retreated a bit because I was finally able to upload this video that I recorded for my mom for Mother's Day...
My blog has been screaming for attention for the past several months and I keep ignoring it. However, I can no longer shut out it's demands to be updated or even just to be read, so I'm going to do a little renovating here over the next few days and try to get back on track with it...

I was instantly in tears listening to "Broken Things". Such a beautiful voice singing straight from the heart. Instant fan. This girl is beautiful (I am not talking about her outside -though that too is beautiful)... if only I could find a woman with a heart like hers that also had a heart for me, I would definitely be a different man... a man with a healed heart. She would definitely be a gift from God. Maybe that is to be my prayer.

Can someone please tell me where the summer went? One day I was anticipating three months of travel, singing, and sunshine and the next day I’m staring at brightly colored leaves, my calendar page says “October”, and I’m trying to figure out which of my boxes contains my scarves...

Joel Kantner Hello. I don't know if you remember, but we met once at Chris and Kathy Ruoff's house. It was around Christmas time back in '04. You graced us with a small live performance in the living room by the fire. If I remember correctly Brock, Aubrey, Ethan and Aub's bros were there as well.
