Ministerial Leadership Initiative for Global Health During the 2009 World Health Assembly, MLI hosted a reception to recognize the work of the 5 MLI countries and to announce the 3 MLI Reproductive Health Countries - Mali, Senegal and Sierra Leone. Joining MLI for the evening was Carol Larson, President of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation which funds the Reproductive Health component of MLI.
