Northeast Minneapolis Farmers Market The Cookoff, held on October 3rd, pitted chefs Philip Dorwart (CREATE Studio) and Heather Hartman (Spoon River Cafe) against each other. The goal? To produce the day's most environmentally friendly and delicious dish. Our thanks go out to Do It Green! Minneapolis for sponsoring the event and both chefs for their time, energy, and creativity!
