Here's to our trial sisterhood with Minnehaha United Church of Christ! To help get things kicked off financially, please join Mark Hooker for his LIZA WITH A "Z" cabaret performance on Saturday, December 5th at 7:00 PM. This is a benefit for Spirit of the Lakes, with 100% of the proceeds going to our church. Tickets ar...e $20 and tables of 10 are available for $150.00 from
www.brazentheatre.org.
Brazen Theatre season tickets (four shows in 2010) are also on sale. Ten per cent of season ticket sales go directly to Spirit of the Lakes.

Spirit of the Lakes U.C.C. Transgender Day of Remembrance Friday, Nov 20, 2009 7pm. SOTL, 2930 13th Ave S, Mpls, MN 55407. This memorial service recalls the lives of the 114 persons killed in the past 12 months due to anti-transgender violence Barbara Satin will reflect on reasons for these atrocious numbers Enzi Tanner will read poetry... that responds to this terrible violence TransVoices will sing as part of the program
