Rev. Dr. Brenda Salter McNeil is a recognized leader in the field of racial and ethnic reconciliation. She has a D. Min. from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary and an M. Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary.

McNeil has held several leadership positions with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, including Regional Coor...dinator of Multiethnic Training. She founded Overflow Ministries, a non-profit faith-based organization that provides motivational speaking, consulting and training on ethnic diversity issues. Recharge was started in 2005 by four youth ministers who recognized the need for practical, affordable, team based training and a mid-year ministry boost.

The result was a one day multi-denominational event that aims to inspire and equip church staff and volunteers in their efforts to help kids and families love, follo...w and serve Jesus Christ.

It was only fitting that one of our 125th NWC Anniversary Celebrations be held at Salem Mission Covenant Church in Pennock, MN. The NWC was organized in Salem on Oct. 27, 1884.
