Rev. Dr. Brenda Salter McNeil is a recognized leader in the field of racial and ethnic reconciliation. She has a D. Min. from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary and an M. Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary.
McNeil has held several leadership positions with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, including Regional Coor...dinator of Multiethnic Training. She founded Overflow Ministries, a non-profit faith-based organization that provides motivational speaking, consulting and training on ethnic diversity issues. Brenda Salter McNeil and Rick Richardson have co-authored The Heart of Racial Justice.

Recharge is now a growing ministry facilitated by YouthWorks and led by the Recharge Leadership Team with representation from multiple church resourcing, academic and denominational organizations.Read More

It was only fitting that one of our 125th NWC Anniversary Celebrations be held at Salem Mission Covenant Church in Pennock, MN. The NWC was organized in Salem on Oct. 27, 1884.
