Minnesota Adoption Resource Network November 1 marks the 12th annual FREE Circus of the Heart at Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center from 1 pm – 4 pm. This kick-off of Minnesota Adoption Awareness Month includes clowns, pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, refreshments and more for families who have adopted and those looking to adopt children under state guardianship.
