I love the shopping channel but I do not love the Aluratex Libre ( e book reader) which arrived yesterday. I bought it to replace a Sony reader which loved and lost, but I decided to try this one, to see how it compared. I cannot get it to move books from my libary. I have called the Aluratek help desk three times a...nd got the same message : "sorry the office is closed" . it does not tell me when the office is open, very bad customer service. Needless to say its being packed up and shipped back. I tried their website but it not a great site. This seems to be a small local outfit, trying to emulate being an international company and failing miserably.Read More
