REALTORS® and homebuyers have much to celebrate thanks to Congress passing an expanded and extended homebuyer tax credit bill expected to be signed by the President on Friday.
A General Membership Meeting has been scheduled in conjunction with the Mississippi Association of REALTORS® Convention & EXPO annual awards presentation on December 2, 2009 at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi.
If you wanted to submit a video to the Buy NOW Mississippi Video Contest but ran out of time, don't fret! You can still enter the contest. MAR is extending the deadline for video submission to November 20.
Update from NAR President Charles McMillan: Senate leaders of both parties and key Senate Finance Committee members and staff, and tax credit sponsors Dodd-Lieberman-Isakson have agreed on extending and expanding the housing tax credit.
