We wrapped things up last night with the Winged Outlaw Warriors and Austin Alumbaugh claiming the win. Kelly Boen took the MLRA win.       A few thoughts....

      1. Something has to be done to improve the corners; when a car as good as Boen had, has to fall in lie behind waanabe cars because the upper groove (non existent) won't allow him to go high the ensuing Thomas the Tank Engi...ne chug a lug show steals from what was a limited number (blame Topless 100), but solid LM field.

      2. Bring in a national touring LM series, or at least get the UMP Summer tour next year; same old MLRA cars get a little stale.

      3. A scoreboard would be GREAT to track the action.

      4. All in all for the first year CONGRATS on the job you did.      See More

Missouri State Fair Speedway One more night of 2010 racing, Sunday night as the fair comes to a close with the MLRA/NCRA Super Late Models and WoW 360 Sprint Cars! Admission gates open at 4 p.m. with hot laps at 5:30 and racing at 6. General admission for Sunday is $18, Senior Citizens (65+) and Military w/I.D. $15, Kids 6 - 12: $8, Kids 5 and under are free. www.missouristatefairspeedway.com

    • Missouri State Fair Speedway We understand your frustration, but in trying to bring in something different and to simply take risks while other tracks run the same old thing, we wanted to bring in the sprint bandits. For those that attended, we thank you for sticking with us. It is a tough year for all tracks and we hope you have enjoyed the racing we've tried to bring to the table for everyone. See you Sunday for super lates and 360s!!!

Unfortunately I was not given a results sheet for the Sprint Bandits but you can read all about their results on the main page of racinboys.com as they handle most of the series' press information.
