Which lead to them actually getting a Brown County Fair gig, purely based on original demos. Which led to increased band gigs, and such.
Their First Album, "The Salt and the Season" release date April 28th 2009, features songs new and old to the members. Far reaching in Kornowski's musical experiences ("Quarter To Never", "Slave In Slave out"), Mollies Way gives these Kornowski classics a new lust for life.
Also, from repeated jam sessions with Kornowski and others through the years, Cheslock added a few oldies from his years of playing at a computer desk. Songs, like "Varsity" and "A Song For Everyman" from Kornowski's past along with Cheslock's creations, "Prairie Dog" and "Elephant", they set out to create.
Songs, such as "Going Faster" and "Relapse ReJoice!" show a careful sense of their place in the world. “Yeah Yeah Yeah!”
Along with Peterson, and Dey, they created "Mollies Way" "The Salt and The Season".
