The Real Estate Licensing Administrator is a permanent full-time position with the State of Alabama Real Estate Commission located in Montgomery, Alabama. This is highly responsible professional work directing an...d overseeing statewide real estate licensing activities. No real estate experience required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, management, communications, or a closely related field. Seven (7) years of experience with a regulatory or licensing agency in developing, reviewing, analyzing, and applying policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations to include three (3) years of supervisory experience.
