Walters State Community College bestowed one of its highest honors on three retired professors today. Dr. Anne C. Armstrong, Dr. Judith Hector and Dr. Samuel R. O’Dell each received the title of Professor Emeritus.

Walters State Community College Enjoy some beautiful Christmas music Friday when the Choral Department presents its annual concert. The Concert Choir, the men's and ladies' ensembles and the Walters State Sensations will be featured. The concert is free but donations will be requested to help pay for the club's spring trip to New York City. The music... begins at 7:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Morristown.

Walters State Community College Congratulations to Walters State student Bonnie Frazee. Her poem "Like You Know" and her performance earned top honors at last night's Slam Jam. Bronson Mills won second place. Third place prizes were given to Greg Hoffa, Dustin Santos and Matt Livingston. A big hand to Word Up for hosting the event, which drew 60 spectators and 13 performing poets.
