Marshall County Family Resource Network More than 100 youth and adult volunteers participated in Project Sticker Shock on Nov. 11 at retail locations throughout Marshall County. Sticker Shock aims to eliminate the sales of alcohol to adults who either purchase or provide alcohol to minors.
