I appreciate the fact that the hospitals are taking steps to protect their patients, but the visitation policy restricting children under 13 needs to be revised. I'm having my second child and my 4 year old daughter will not be allowed to visit at all. I think they should allow siblings to have ONE visit once the mother is in the private room. I... Read More don't understand why 13 year olds can come in, but not 4 year olds. If you're going to draw a line on visitors, do it...it's just not fair. I know a lot of 13 year olds and adults with worse hygeine habits and more germs than my 4 year old. This policy is really taking away a huge life experience that my daughter needs to have. This was going to be a very special time for her and our family, and being left out completely is going to be very traumatic for her.
