Lincoln Cafe One of last night's highlights. butter poached lobster, endive jam, bacon potato salad, espelette pepper and crispy shallots.

Thanks to everyone for a great year at the cafe and winebar. Staff and guests couldn't have been better. Happy new year.

Lincoln Cafe Wagyu Beef NY Strip continuing this week, with miso/jalepeno, 145 degree farm egg, apple, and apple dashi Also, later in the week, DUCK hopefully with wild mushroom bread pudding, something I think I'll call "duck mustard...", and cherries. (wait and see.) And fresh Lake Trout. Not sure where this one is going yet but horseradish is a good bet.

Saturday night with friends was outstanding at Lincoln Cafe. The Wagyu moved some to moaning out loud. The NC flounder and Jidori chicken caused the same praise also. Thanks Lincoln!
