I can attest to Mountain Hardwear's customer service. I bought a used 2-man MH tent which had a broken aluminum pole. Not only did I get friendly service, I also received 3 replacement sections and directions on how to fix myself at no cost. And this was shipped for free too! Since then, I have always looked to MH as my #1 choice whenever new gear is needed.

I agree with Pana, Conduit DT is a really poor membrane, probably one of the worst on the market, but the style and cut of MH is way over the other brands most of the time.
