Mountain Village Photo Project A few changes in the village schools after the summer. Leila decided to teach in her home village and Sana is now teaching with Hichem. There are new teachers, but everyone still committed to the project.

It's full steam ahead to get as much as possible organised for our 'official' launch date of the Mountain Village Photo Project on November 11th. A date chosen because it is a week before the celebrations of Morocco's National Day (& Independence Day - since 1956) on November 18th. Chosen too, because it is World Respo...nsible Tourism Day, and Responsible Tourism is critical to the sustainable future of this region.Read More

Just like here, it's the school holidays in the village at the moment. The teachers have left for the summer and the children are busy helping their parents with the daily tasks...
Thank-you to everyone who has donated their 'redundant' camera equipment to the project - received from all over the UK! At the moment everything is piled up waiting to be checked, labelled and then packed up...
