Summer Associate Program
Munsch Hardt offers a six week summer program for second year law students to develop skills and experience the types of legal activities that are typical of our first and second year associates. We customize each individual's program so that he or she may gain knowledge in the practices that they are most passionate about. Each summer associate is provided the chance to work on an array of different matters, including in- and out-of-office assignments such as depositions, hearings, closings, client meetings and more. Our program reflects the entrepreneurial culture of the firm and provides summer associates the flexibility to choose to concentrate on a specific area of the law or gain a broader knowledge through exposure to a wide variety of matters. We provide this open sampling so that we can build well-rounded attorneys and develop meaningful practices.
Professional Development
Munsch Hardt believes that the professional development, training and mentoring of each of our attorneys is vital to our overall growth as a firm. We foster an environment where our attorneys can flourish within their chosen practice through programs that range from Continuing Legal Education (CLE) at a local level to in-house shareholder training, frequent section and business development meetings, hands-on technology training, a comprehensive evaluation and compensation process, and an annual firm retreat, among others.
