One of the dances we are reconstructing is Kakilambe, a piece choreographed in the 1980's by Poppa Abdoulaye Camara (Muntu's 2nd artistic director)

We also have some new pieces that we are presenting, one I'll speak on, which is choreographed by one of our dynamic younger dancers Mr. Amansu Eason...........that deals with saluting the one and only Michael Jackson.....we are so happy to be able to feature the works of new and upcoming choreographers thatt 's ready to make their mark in the dance world.........You must come to see and pay tribute as well.

Djelli Mori Keba Kouyate (Senegal W.Africa) playing the Kora and Brother Skip Burney (New York, New York) percussionist extraordinaire....
Both of their musicality notions are exceptional
