OS Performance Nutrition The Chattanooga Running Club had 732 finishers in their Chickamauga Half Marathon last weekend. OS athlete Gray Skinner thought he would give running a try after a great season of triathlon finishes. In his first ever race Gray finished 2nd! He says OS Pre-load before and OS Re-load after were important components of his success. Way to go Gray!

OS Performance Nutrition Do you konw any national champions of any sport that drink OS? Now you do. Team Asphalt Beach/ K2 dominated the Pro GVet division in the 2009 NROC (National Roller Cup) Competition. Steve Larios won the national championship and teammate Bob Harwell placed 2nd.
