MusicMaster It's time to schedule Christmas Eve and Day. That means, in many cases, switching to all-Christmas music for 24-48 hours, or more. Make sure to use the Format Scheduler to assign the specific clocks or grids to those days, and when you launch the auto-scheduler, make sure your Christmas categories are checked! ~Paul Ziino
MusicMaster Format changes ahead? Tweaking? The best way to ensure a safe transition is to clone your database and rework the categories, clocks and rules in the cloned data. Then, when you're satisfied with the way it looks - begin using the cloned data! Remember - Rome was not built in a day...so take your time and do away with the stress factor. ~ Marianne Burkett

MusicMaster Have you checked out "Must Fill?" If you head to Dataset, Library, Fields, "Must Fill" is normally set to "No.". If you set a field to "Yes," MusicMaster will not schedule the song if that field is blank in the song card. A typical field to apply this setting might be your automation number field(s).
