Take a pork loin, roast it slowly for 4 or 5 hours, slice it and pile
it on ciabatta bread with Fontina Cheese,carmelized onions, hot/sweet
mustard and arugula and grille until bread is crispy & serve w/
parmesan potatoes. Now you have this week's sandwich!

The Hearthstone Bistro Also serving one of my new favorite fish, Australian Barramundi. White, mild silky texture. We're dusting it with a little bit of Hazelnut and drizzling it w/ a spiced rum butter sauce.

The Hearthstone Bistro Just saw the Osso Buso (slow braised veal shanks) that we are serving this weekend and the aroma made me want to dive in,( I did not, I'm saving that for later.) Soooo tender. Serving this with luscious creamy mascarpone polenta.
