Carolina Forest Chronicle Quorum of MB City Council members say they don't support annexing into Carolina Forest. 600 acres of B&C property requesting annexation already borders two CF subdivisions - The Bluffs on the Waterway and Waterway Palms Plantation.

The City of MB does not want Carolina Forest to vote in their municipal elections. The current power holders would be destroyed. However, they are content to fill their coffers with illegally acquired tax revenue from Carolina Forest. Taxation without representation.

B&C already owns the land. Annexation request, if approved, means MB city limits will border Carolina Forest for the first time.

This development was "ignored" when it was still on the drawing board back in the 90's. How could a county government NOT put in the proper infrastructure at the time of approval??? They knew the long term effect of all this traffic was going to come back and bite them but they decided to ignore the future and then play the dumb guber routine......gee, we didn't realize there would be so many problems....duh!
