This workshop is needed by environmental contractors... and consultants, regulatory agency personnel, private-sector project managers and others who will need to enter hazardous waste sites.
THIS WORKSHOP DOES NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS OF 24-HOUR HAZARDOUS MATERIAL TECHNICIAN LEVEL for emergency response per 29 CFR 1910.120 paragraph (q).
If your job requires you to enter hazardous waste sites, then you need to be familiar with health and safety plans, your rights under OSHA, protective equipment, and other aspects of working around hazardous waste sites.
