Read Booker shortlisted The Quickening Maze by Adam Foulds, accompanied mostly by Keith Jarrett (piano playing) going down and Dead Zone by Tom Palmer coming back, accompanied mostly by Ella Fitzgerald and The Zutons. . Stayed awake all the way in both directions.
