Small Lots Big Wines If you are a Zin producer from Napa or Sonoma and would like to submit your wines as part of a blind tasting let me know. I call it the "sibling Rivalry" series. The date will be towards the end of January. If you are chef and would like to have food available for purchase contact me and I'll give you the details. ... Just and FYI: I will not be hiring the chef, the chef is selling his/her food.
Small Lots Big Wines My next featured "virtual" tour is all about Zin. Are you a chef who has a recipe you think goes well with Zin? Sumbit the recipe to me and if we use it we'll be sure to give you credit when we post the recipe.
