Reality Fitness Tip: Did you know that music (120-140 beats per minute) can increase the intesnity of your workout by as much as 15%? Studies have shown that music can have a dramatic affect not only on intensity, but consistency. Create your favorite "workout songs" via Itunes, old CD's etc. Not only will you enhance the quality of your workout, you may just enjoy it!

"Moderate exercisers showed improved immune responses, including a post-workout flooding of natural cells that help find and kill viruses." Yet, another reason to move more this season!
